MIDDLE SCHOOL VISUAL ARTS

The Middle School (MS) Visual Arts program at ISPS is an integral part of our IB MYP programme. Students in the visual arts program are exposed to a wide range of media and techniques over the course of the programme. At each grade level students work with drawing, painting, scuplture and printmaking. Second Semesters students will be designig and creating the set and props for the MS production. In addition students participate in exploratories and an after school art club. 

Sixth Grade

First semester students building paper mache sculptures.

Seventh Grade

Seventh grade students drawing their alter ego portraits. Students developed facial proportion techniques while letting their creative side go wild!

Eighth Grade

Eighth grade students explore Mexican Folk Art techniques and debated the difference between Crafts and Fine Arts.
